FLATFORM PLATFORMsss

FLATFORM PLATFORM. These puppies came in the mail a couple weeks and ago and I've been meaning to post a photo of them. Let me just say: I'M IN SHOE LOVE. Yes, it might be too early for love--maybe it's even infatuation. But I'm pretty sure it was love at first internet sight. I'm not going to marry them, yet, but I can tell that there's a promising relationship ahead of us. Simple but chic. Flats but platforms. I couldn't ask for a better lover. OK enough of my idiotic ramble. Here are my new loves: (Yes 2 loves. I have two feet, so thus a pair, like Dean and Dan from DSQUARED, but cuter)...

Oh the places we'll go...

to the movies to watch HUGO! (which was an all-around really good movie), to a bar to show some foot cleavage, oo yeah sexy! (because that's the only cleavage that I have), or to space on a virgin jet with some dude named noah. The possibilities are endless!

Outfit post with said shoes tomorrow. My internet is going bonkers.

Old Place Cornell

Leather Dress--Vince.
Hat--Topshop
Shoes--Jeffrey Campbell
Bag--BCBG

Cameron surprised me this morning by flying both of us to Texas---really...we went to Texas and stepped back in time to the wild wild west / the set of Sons of Anarchy (biker boys ridin' up and down the streets).
Just kidding---we were in Calabasas eating brunch at this awesome country-ass restaurant called Old Place Cornell. It's very rustic and authentic...I mean...there's fucking country music bursting out of that little shack---in the best way possible!
The menu consists of pretty basic country dishes and the manmosas are mouth-watering.
It was definitely a great escape from LA for a few hours with my Honey Badger.

It's Raining Platforms

From Left to Right: MOCA, LF, Vintage

Recently found my sparkly gold nail polish from Korea---OOooOO it's perfect for the holidays!

Chunky monkey funky Sweater--Vince.
Snake print shorts--StyleNanda
Purple Willy Wonka Shoesies--Jeffrey Campbell Lita
Necklace--Dad's broken watch

An unusual raining-cats-and-dogs-like Lala day didn't stop us from venturing out in the Hills.  I'm pulling off my best poodle impression in this comfy knit from Japan that I recently picked up at the Vince sample sale, and paired with my fav summer shorts and tangerine umbrella.  Oh yes, and those PURP JCs!!!  Now I need some hot cocoa and a cozy fireplace.

GAGA'S WORKSHOP

I've never been a crazy Lady Gaga fanatic BUT I'm excited to see the Gaga's Workshop collection at Barney's. The spiked gloves already look pretty badass.

It opens tomorrow here
